  15.  1). The nodenumber you used for writing this message, isn't in the
  16.      current nodelist used here!
  17.  2). Your address is listed as POINT, HOLD, PVT, or DOWN-system.
  18.  3). Your 'Name' doesn't match the name in the NodeList!
  19.  
  20.  The reason for this can also have 3 options:
  21.  1). A configuration error of @SYSOP@
  22.  2). You use another name in your RAConfig/ProCFG as you're in the NodeList
  23.  3). The nodelist isn't up-to-date (yet).
